Embroidery on Knits

Give life to old knits, and jazz up new ones! Embroidering on your projects is a great way to put your own personal mark on your wardrobe. With dissolvable paper you'll be able to add designs to any fabric, with a special look on knitted fabrics. 

This class is for those with no experience in either embroidery or knitting! We will be embroidering on knitwear, so please bring along something to work on, either hand knit or shop bought. The charity shop can be a great spot to find something to practice on before diving in on something more precious. A hat can be a great practice, or dive right in with a sweater!

The class requires the materials to embellish a knitted item. Please bring along something to work from of your choosing. Embroidery supplies and stick and stitch designs will be available to purchase on the day. If you order with your class booking please select Click and Collect and I will reserve your materials and bring them along to the class.

Classes are held at Patch Chelmsford, 5-7 Grays Yard, Springfield Road, Chelmsford CM2 6QR. It is next to Nando's in the town centre. 
The space is accessible with step free entrance and an accessible toilet next to the teaching space. Please get in touch in regards to any additional accessibility needs or concerns.
