The superb Signature 4ply is made using a blend of wool that includes 35% Bluefaced Leicester for a luxurious feel, with a twist of nylon for added strength. This makes it ideal for projects such as hard-wearing socks, or stylish shawls with fantastic drape and softness. These self striping shades are ideal for socks, scarves and shawls, as well as Christmas stockings and distinctive decorations.

The wool has proudly won ‘Best Sock Yarn’ at the British Knitting and Crochet Awards for several years running.

Sparkling socks!

I am enjoying knitting up the WYS Signature sparkle 4 ply into stripey Christmas socks. I am spending time thinking of the person who will get them for Christmas as I knit and as the colours stack on top of each other. I wondered if the gold thread would make the socks seem less soft, but it doesn’t, so I am very pleased with my choice. Thanks for great service, Nat.
